With our celestial winter about to start in the Northern Hemisphere, come join us as we explore the science around the winter solstice as well as some interesting folklore associated with the shortest day of the year. We’ll talk about how different cultures and religions recognize this annual event while we choose the best trail to hike based on the weather of the day.
