About the event
Come through forest and meadow at dusk, to encounter current knowledge and ancient mysteries of the Moon. After a hike around the Old Field, circle up fireside to hear modern thinking and long-ago stories about the night sky that survive in astronomy, archaeology, and myth.
The 7:00 meeting time will allow us to hike toward sunset and then enjoy twilight around the campfire. Please bring a chair or blanket to sit on.
Note: All hikes begin at Education Parking Lot unless noted otherwise. Come prepared for the weather and to have a good time!"
